What are check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. If you need an earlier arrival or later departure, give us a call and we'll do our best to accommodate.
Is there a minimum age to book a room?
The guest who books the room and checks in must be 21 or older. Guests under 21 are welcome to stay as long as someone 21 or older is in the room with them.
Is parking free?
Yes. We offer complimentary on-site parking for all guests, one car per room.
Where can I get breakfast nearby?
We don't serve breakfast on the property, but several excellent breakfast spots are within a short walk. Sunrise Restaurant on Butler Avenue is practically next door — about a two-minute walk — and it's the locals' diner pick, with strong coffee and generous portions. Mi Vida, roughly a five-minute walk up the street, is a small cafe with healthy options and great coffee. Both are easy walks from the inn.
Do you have an outdoor pool?
Yes. We have a heated saltwater pool with a sun deck — heated through the cooler months, so it's swimmable most of the year.
Is Wi-Fi available?
Yes. Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in every room and throughout the property.
How far is the beach?
We're one block from the beach and one block from the Tybee Pier — about a two-minute walk to either.
How far is the airport?
Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport (SAV) is about 26 miles from the property, roughly a 45-minute drive.
Is the property non-smoking?
Yes. All 41 rooms and indoor spaces are non-smoking.
What room types do you offer?
We offer two room types: the Double Queen with two queen beds (sleeps up to 4) and the King Suite with a king bed plus sleeper sofa (sleeps up to 4). Both feature 49" Smart TVs, mini-fridges, rain showers, and blackout curtains.
